Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Influencer Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing team. You'll work closely with influencers, clients, and internal teams to plan and execute influencer campaigns that deliver real results. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media and understands how to turn creators into powerful brand advocates.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy : Support the development of influencer campaign strategies tailored to client goals, target audience, and budget.
Influencer Discovery & Outreach : Research and shortlist relevant creators using influencer platforms and manual search; manage outreach, negotiations, and onboarding.
Client Management : Act as a point of contact for day-to-day communications with clients; provide campaign updates, handle approvals, and address feedback.
Campaign Execution : Ensure timely delivery of content, approvals, posting schedules, and influencer payments.
Performance Reporting : Analyze campaign performance using KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.); deliver detailed client reports with insights and recommendations.
Trend Monitoring : Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and creator communities to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
Relationship Management : Build long-term relationships with influencers and creators for ongoing collaborations.
Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing (preferably in an agency setting).
Solid understanding of social platforms : Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
Experience using influencer marketing tools (e.g., Aspire, CreatorIQ, Upfluence, Grin).
Creative eye and attention to content quality, tone, and brand alignment.
Organized, deadline-driven, and able to work independently.
