Key Role Summary The GM – Acquisition Marketing (PRO & Alliances) is responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic partnerships, member referral programs, and loyalty-led marketing initiatives. This role leads a Pan India team, builds high-impact alliances across diverse cohorts, and ensures consistent delivery of acquisition KPIs. It combines strategic vision with operational execution, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to expand market reach and elevate brand performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alliances & Partnerships
Develop and execute a national alliance roadmap targeting corporates, brand stores, RWAs, schools, malls, and premium retail cohorts
Drive lead generation through high-impact partnerships and joint marketing initiatives
Expand market reach and unlock new revenue streams by aligning alliances with defined customer segments
Member Referral & Loyalty
Collaborate with Data Science to segment member base and generate high-quality referrals
Design and implement loyalty programs to enhance member engagement and drive acquisition
Apply cohort-based strategies based on membership plans, vintage, and holidaying behavior
Monthly Activities & Revenue Delivery
Plan and oversee Pan India acquisition activities to meet input / output KPIs
Monitor daily sales dashboards and optimize regional performance
Analyze trends and implement tactical growth strategies
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor regional acquisition teams to achieve productivity and revenue goals
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution
Foster alignment across departments to maximize campaign impact
Performance Monitoring & Governance
Track KPIs and report performance insights to senior leadership
Benchmark alliance and referral practices against industry leaders
Support digital adoption by maintaining audit and performance data on central platforms
SOP Development & Process Excellence
Contribute to the creation and refinement of SOPs for alliance marketing and referral programs
Ensure documentation aligns with brand standards and operational feasibility
Support training initiatives with clear, actionable SOPs and best practices
Qualifications & Skills
Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
15+ years of experience in customer acquisition, alliance marketing, or business development
Proven success in leading Pan India teams and delivering revenue growth through partnerships
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset with a sharp eye for trends, segmentation, and performance optimization
