Marketing and Brand Manager

Job description Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals Lead and mentor a team managing performance across digital channels Ensure synergy and consistency across brand communication and customer touchpoints Own the offers and promotions calendar across all platforms Collaborate with finance and ops on pricing, margins, and inventory alignment Optimize marketing spends for maximum ROI Oversee social media strategy and content direction Drive brand storytelling, influencer partnerships, and UGC initiatives Monitor engagement metrics and continuously optimize performance Plan and execute seasonal, festive, and topical campaigns (digital, influencer, offline, PR) Measure campaign performance and its impact on brand and sales Lead brand activations, events, and offline community initiatives Drive creator and brand collaborations, along with merchandising strategies Track KPIs like CAC, LTV, retention, and channel-wise ROI Build dashboards and deliver weekly performance reviews to leadership Drive decision-making through data and market insights Proven experience in Marketing Strategy, Digital & Content Marketing Strong expertise in Brand Management and Social Media Data-driven mindset with skills in Market Research & Analysis Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities Proficiency with marketing tools and performance analytics Prior experience in D2C, retail, or e-commerce is a strong plus Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
