About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Associates to support our domestic Health, Motor, and Life Insurance processes . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi and a strong ability to engage with customers to drive satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via call, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers with queries related to insurance products—Health, Motor & Life.
- Provide accurate product information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant insurance solutions.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and compliance.
Required Skill Set
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi .Clear speech with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence) .Strong grammar, articulation, and pronunciation.Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle queries patiently.Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask.Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).Experience
