Role Responsibilities

• Conduct third-party audits and trainings for ISO 27001, 20000, 9001, and other IT standards
• Deliver accurate audit reports and review client corrective actions for closure
• Support sales with technical expertise and manage key customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and internal audit requirements
