Principal Accountabilities

Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements.

Craft and send emails with information about the company and position, including work schedules, dress code and parking options.

Ensure all verifications sent out to enrolled BGV vendor are followed up on in a timely manner.

Manages drug and alcohol testing to ensure it is compliant with federal regulations and company policy.

Acts as liaison with the drug testing laboratory and Medical Review Officer

Engages with internal stakeholders to develop new tools and resources to meet organization / business needs

Responds to inquiries and resolves issues in a professional and timely manner and is an available resource to employees.

️ Skills & Knowledge Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

In-depth knowledge of Drug & Alcohol regulations and compliance processes.

Ability to understand and abide by company programs and Federal regulatory requirements .

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
