POSITION : Sales Operations Analyst

REPORTS TO : Sales Operations Manager

POSITION FUNCTION :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Operations team. The ideal candidate will support the sales organization by providing critical insights, developing performance metrics, and ensuring that sales processes and systems operate efficiently. This role requires a blend of technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Work Timings :

This role requires working from 6 PM to 3 AM IST , aligning with Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

Key Responsibilities : Data Analysis & Reporting :

• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to generate actionable insights and reports for sales leadership.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track key sales metrics, including pipeline status, win / loss rates, and sales performance.
• Identify trends, forecast sales, and highlight areas for improvement.
