Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused Site Visit Manager to manage and elevate the client experience during property visits. This individual will be the face of Vianaar Homes for clients visiting Goa to explore our properties, ensuring that every site visit is personalized, well-planned, and leaves a lasting impression.
The ideal candidate should be outgoing, organized, and passionate about hospitality and real estate. They will play a key role in showcasing the unique selling points (USPs) of Vianaar Homes and ensuring that every client walks away with a strong emotional connection to our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute client site visits based on their preferences and requirements.
- Greet and host clients visiting Goa, ensuring a warm, professional, and memorable experience.
- Present and explain the key USPs of Vianaar Homes and individual projects clearly and convincingly.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure site readiness, cleanliness, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Create personalized itineraries that include travel, refreshment arrangements, and smooth transportation between properties.
- Understand client needs and tailor the visit to highlight relevant property features and benefits.
- Provide immediate responses to client queries, offering accurate information and support throughout their visit.
- Gather client feedback post-visit and share insights with the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a professional, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor that reflects Vianaar’s brand values.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.4–6 years of experience in client servicing, hospitality, luxury sales, or real estate preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident in engaging with high-profile clients.Strong organizational and planning abilities with attention to detail.Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented personality.Ability to multitask and think on the spot to ensure client satisfaction.Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends, as per client schedules.Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi and Konkani will be an added advantage.What We Offer
