Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective Ultra HNI clients and provide exceptional, consultative service.
- Conduct property tours and present Isprava villas, explaining every feature, customisation possibility, and brand value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and lifestyle aspirations.
- Handle all pre-sale and post-sale client interactions, ensuring a seamless, white-glove experience.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to align customization requests with feasibility.
- Stay updated on project timelines, pricing, availability, and features to communicate with precision.
- Represent Isprava at luxury events, private previews, and client meetings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure all client queries are handled efficiently.
Desired Skills & Experience
3–6 years of experience in luxury sales, real estate, hospitality, or customer-facing roles with premium brands.Prior exposure to Ultra HNI clientele is mandatory .Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and sophisticated demeanour.Ability to present complex project details with simplicity and clarity.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent.Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.Goa familiarity or previous local experience is a plus.Office Location : Siolim, North Goa | Goa projects
