We are seeking a
hands-on Technical Recruiter
based in India to drive
end-to-end hiring across the APAC region . This is
not a strategic or HR generalist role
— it is for a
doer
who will directly source, pitch, negotiate, and close candidates. You will be expected to manage and deliver
5–6 technical roles per week , while coming up with solutions to hiring challenges and demonstrating strong
candidate management skills
throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
Act as a
closer
— negotiate offers, handle counter-offers, and secure candidate acceptance.
Provide solutions to overcome talent availability, salary mismatch, or timeline challenges.
Build strong
candidate relationships , ensuring smooth engagement and high offer-to-acceptance ratios.
Partner with APAC hiring managers, providing insights and regular pipeline updates.
Treat recruitment as a
sales process , driving KPIs such as time-to-fill and closure ratios.
Skills & Experience
4–8 years of
technical recruitment , ideally across APAC markets.
Proven ability to
source and close multiple roles per week
(Cloud, Software, Infra, Security, etc.).
Strong in
candidate management , objection handling, and offer negotiations.
Sales-driven, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
Important Fit Note
This is a
hands-on recruiter role , not HR operations, HRBP, or purely strategic workforce planning. We are looking for
mid-level recruiters
who enjoy
direct sourcing and closing.
Candidates must be comfortable owning monthly
closures (3-4 roles)
and solving recruitment challenges independently.
