Please note :
We are specifically looking for candidates with
experience recruiting in the EU, UK, or US markets . Domestic IT recruitment experience will
not
be considered.
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and networking events.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
What We’re Looking For :
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role,
preferably in the EU / UK / US markets .
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terms.
Excellent sourcing techniques and familiarity with various recruitment platforms.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
