Role : IT Recruiter

Scope of Role :

Provide workforce solutions to our portfolio of clients, including a global top 3 tech / product company and the world's largest social media network.

Responsibilities :

Understand job requirements and identify the skills and qualifications needed for specific IT positions.

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract, source, and hire top IT talent.

Write and post technical job descriptions.

Source potential candidates on niche platforms such as Stack Overflow and GitHub.

Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.

Collaborate with senior staff to determine exact requirements and ensure optimal IT staffing solutions.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including writing job descriptions, screening candidates, coordinating interview processes, and onboarding for IT-specific roles.
