Information Technology Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• System Administration : Manage and maintain Windows, macOS, and Linux systems, including installations, upgrades, patch management, and performance monitoring.
• Network Management : Oversee network architecture and operations; configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls , Aruba switches , and access points ; ensure network reliability, security, and optimal performance.
• Asset Management : Supervise the complete lifecycle of IT assets—procurement, allocation, tracking, and disposal—while maintaining accurate inventory and compliance records.
• Infrastructure Management : Plan, configure, and manage servers, storage, and IT infrastructure resources; ensure high availability and scalability of systems.
• Technical Support Oversight : Lead the IT support function to ensure timely resolution of system, software, and network issues; coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless IT operations.
• Problem Resolution : Analyze and resolve complex IT incidents; perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and optimize system reliability.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance : Implement and monitor security controls, firewall rules, and access policies; support cybersecurity audits and ensure adherence to organizational security standards.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, asset logs, and network diagrams; prepare periodic reports on IT performance, uptime, and security posture.
