Role - IT support management.

IT Analyst Roles and Responsibilities :

Requires excellent Speaking, writing skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.Knowledge of Client / Server Operating systems and file systems.

In-depth knowledge of computer application, hardware and troubleshooting.

Installing and updating computer software, driver, Bios and operating systems.

Basic knowledge of networking, IP subnet and IP classes.

Basic knowledge about network devices Router, Switch, hub and firewall.

Difference between the Internet, Intranet, and Extranet and Network topologies.

Knowledge of Network routing, Switching, VLAN, port Trunking etc.

Knowledge of Servers installation, upgradation and patching.

Basic knowledge of OSI Model, TCP / IP Model and protocols.

Knowledge of Active directory, DNS, DHCP and different between domain and workgroup.

Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Open to work as per project requirement and ability to handle work independently.

Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) and task management.
