IT Analyst Roles and Responsibilities :

• Requires excellent Speaking, writing skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.Knowledge of Client / Server Operating systems and file systems.
• In-depth knowledge of computer application, hardware and troubleshooting.
• Installing and updating computer software, driver, Bios and operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of networking, IP subnet and IP classes.
• Basic knowledge about network devices Router, Switch, hub and firewall.
• Difference between the Internet, Intranet, and Extranet and Network topologies.
• Knowledge of Network routing, Switching, VLAN, port Trunking etc.
• Knowledge of Servers installation, upgradation and patching.
• Basic knowledge of OSI Model, TCP / IP Model and protocols.
• Knowledge of Active directory, DNS, DHCP and different between domain and workgroup.
• Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Open to work as per project requirement and ability to handle work independently.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) and task management.
