Job description

Appraisals / Career Planning  : -

Successfully designed & restructured Performance Management System & Processes and also designed Career & Succession Plans for various levels of Employees through effective mentoring & motivation.

Holds the merit of Initiating Rewards & Recognition Programmes and implementing Incentive System.

Learning & Development : -

Expertise in Training (L&D), Organizational Development (OD), HR Analytics, Talent Management, Audit, Strategy formulation and execution, System Designing and Digitization, Compensation Designing and Management, Employee Life Cycle Management.

Developing training modules as per requirement of Business & Functional heads. Preparation of Training Calendar.

Identifying and Finalizing Training Partners / Vendors for delivery of training intervention.

Training related data management.

Timely review of the training effectiveness / evaluation.

Making employees competitive by honing the Critical Behavioral and Managerial Skills. Internal facilitator Development.

Establishing Training Systems and Processes (It is a Green Field Project).

Planning for the External Training Programmes. Developing employee recognition schemes..

Planning, Implementing and execution of student trainee scheme. Ensure future leadership pipeline through campus recruitment in IITs and Business Schools and excellent on boarding in the business.

HR budgeting in line with mine plan and business plan of new business lines. Executing and ensuring work force capacity and capability accordingly.

Lead Auditor of ISO 9001, Internal auditor ISO 14001, 18001 and TPM / TQM / WCM / Six Sigma, instructor and mentor of shop floor

Talent Management and Organizational Development (TM &OD) through shuttle projects (Skill and knowledge transfer scheme)

Value engineering : lead four teams, represented at international forum study scheme Designing and executing (with IITs and IIMs) study scheme to improve retention

Talent Management : -

Coordination for Development Assessment center for validation of ratings. Preparation of individual development plan and facilitate implementation of same

Coordination of Consensus Discussion and Finalization of career moves

Organizational Health Study & Employee Engagement

Preparation of action plan for OHS survey and coordination with employee for participation Communication of OHS result and preparation of action plan accordingly Regular follow up and preparation of status report of OHS action plan on regular basis and coordination for OHS Review meeting with all Functional and departmental heads.

Relationship Management : -

Instrumental in effective Negotiations & Liaisoning Skills and resolving long term agreements / grievances with Unions and also developed & maintained Employee

Management Relationships.
