Job descriptionMinimum 8–10 years of professional experience in multi-disciplinary design roles. Strong exposure to applied industry practices and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Design and teach subjects / modules / courses, including preparation and regular revision of course materials (syllabi, assignments, handouts, and teaching aids). Conduct and supervise tutorials, workshops, practical sessions, and lab work. Design and administer assessment briefs; evaluate student work and provide timely, constructive formative and summative feedback. Facilitate and encourage student engagement on online and face-to-face learning platforms. Identify and integrate industry connections, case studies, and guest interactions within the curriculum. Drive student achievement and engagement through participation in events, exhibitions, competitions (national / international), and industry projects. Contribute to the continuous improvement of academic quality standards and align with institutional policies and regulatory requirements. Strong knowledge and appreciation of multicultural and global design perspectives relevant to 21st-century creative practice. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals and groups. Proficiency in delivering content through both in-person and digital platforms. Commitment to academic quality assurance, enhancement, and continuous improvement. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a constructive and solutions-oriented approach. Passion for mentorship and student success, with a genuine willingness to support students in achieving their full potential.

Education Background :
- Postgraduate degree in Design & Technology or a related discipline.
- Additional qualifications in multi-disciplinary design will be an advantage.
