Job descriptionDesign and deliver undergraduate & postgraduate courses in Computer Science. Core subjects : Programming (C / C++ / Java / Python), Data Structures, OS, OOP, Software Engineering, Networks, Algorithms, Compiler Design. Advanced areas : AI / ML, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Cybersecurity, IoT, Cloud, Blockchain, AR / VR, Big Data. Use innovative teaching methods, real-world problem solving, and activity-based learning. Prepare lesson plans, guide projects, assess student progress, and ensure quality standards (NAAC, NBA, AICTE, UGC). Conduct high-quality research, publish in reputed journals / conferences, and explore external funding opportunities. Supervise and mentor students in research projects. Collaborate with industry partners to apply research to real-world challenges. Work across disciplines to create impactful solutions in AI, Data Science, and related fields. Engage in seminars, workshops, conferences, and cross-departmental activities. Support student development beyond academics – events, training, and skill building. Demonstrate GL Bajaj’s values of integrity, inclusivity, and innovation. B.Tech & M.Tech in CSE / IT (First class from reputed institutes – IIT / NIT / IIIT / IISc preferred). 0–4 years of teaching / research experience. PhD (completed or pursuing) preferred. Industry experience is an added advantage. Strong communication & presentation skills, passion for teaching, and a collaborative mindset.
