Job descriptionEnsure optimal product listings, catalog quality, competitive pricing, and stock Track and respond to marketplace algorithms, trends, and policies to improve Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal offers. Drive traffic, conversions, and revenue through the company’s own e-commerce Oversee UX / UI improvements, checkout process, and marketing funnels. Track ROI on ads, discounts, and marketplace spends to ensure Maintain competitive pricing while safeguarding margins. Analyze sales data, customer trends, and channel performance. Present actionable insights to management for decision-making. Implement dashboards for real-time KPI tracking.
The E-commerce Manager will oversee and drive online sales growth across multiple
marketplaces and the company’s D2C platforms. This role involves strategizing and
executing e-commerce initiatives, optimizing operations, and collaborating with
cross-functional teams to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability. The
candidate will ensure smooth execution of online promotions, campaigns, and inventory
management, while mentoring a small team for high performance.
