Job descriptionLead TLs to drive revenue through project delivery and market penetration in their zones. Ensure smooth execution of all projects via Captains & Agents. Secure new residential project mandates and ensure successful delivery of existing ones. Strengthen relationships with developers, channel partners, and other stakeholders. Drive overall city profitability, market share growth, and strategic expansion. Collaborate with internal verticals to maximise business outcomes. City-level profitability Market share growth in Ahmedabad residential market Number of new project mandates secured Delivery against project sales targets 10–15 years of experience leading business operations with a track record of growth and profitability. Real estate experience preferred, but not mandatory – strong leadership in other industries will be considered. Proven ability to manage large, multi-layered teams and build high-performance cultures. Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.

Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic leader to head our Ahmedabad Residential business. This role will own overall city profitability , market positioning, and strategic expansion, while leading multi-layered sales and marketing teams.

- Direct Reports : Territory Leads (3 zones – NW, SE, East) & Business Strategy & Marketing (BSM) lead.
- Indirect Reports : Captains & Agents across multiple projects.
