What will you be doing?

As a Associate Design Director at frog India, you will :

• Lead and Inspire Design Teams : Guide interdisciplinary teams through the design process, from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet client goals and user needs.
• Drive Client Relationships : Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning frog’s design solutions to drive value and impact.
• Champion Design Excellence : Set and uphold high standards for creative quality across projects, advocate for user-centered design practices, and encourage innovation within the team.
• Collaborate Across Functions : Work closely with strategists, technologists, and other stakeholders to create seamless, impactful user experiences that integrate visual, interaction, and content design.
• Mentor and Develop Talent : Mentor and coach junior and senior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring their continuous professional development.
• Contribute to Thought Leadership : Represent frog in industry events, publish articles or case studies, and actively contribute to our design community.
• Oversee Project Operations : Manage budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring smooth delivery while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
