About the Role

We are seeking an Interaction Designer with hands-on experience designing AI-powered products . You will be responsible for translating user needs into intuitive, engaging, and functional interaction flows for applications where AI plays a central role. This role demands both a strong foundation in human-centered design principles and an understanding of how AI systems influence user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and UX / UI designers to design seamless user interactions for AI-driven applications.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows that bring AI capabilities to life in a clear and human-friendly manner.
  • Understand AI model behavior and constraints to design effective input / output experiences (e.g., prompt design, conversation flows, error states).
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and behavioral data.
  • Ensure accessibility, ethical design, and trust-building in AI interactions.
  • Advocate for a design process that considers explainability, transparency, and user control when working with AI features.
  • Work with developers to ensure design intent is maintained through implementation.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as an Interaction Designer, UX Designer, or related role, with at least 1 year working on AI-enabled products (e.g., chatbots, generative AI tools, recommendation engines, computer vision interfaces).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design work, preferably with AI or data-driven features.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Understanding of AI-specific UX challenges like uncertainty handling, user trust, and model explainability.
  • Ability to translate technical AI concepts into intuitive user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in conversational UI / voice interface design.
  • Exposure to usability testing methods and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with human-AI interaction research and emerging design patterns.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
