Medical Device Sales Executive

Job Location : Haryana (2 Vacancies) & Delhi (2 Vacancies)

Job Description :

As a Sales Executive your primary role is to generate sales for your company by actively seeking out new clients, building and maintaining relationships with them, and recommending solutions that best fit their needs. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive and a strong understanding of the products or services offered.

Responsibilities :

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, lead generation activities and quotation follow ups

2. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects. Understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

3. Sales Presentations : Present products or services to clients in a compelling manner, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.

4. Negotiation and Closing : Under the observation of the Sales Head, negotiate terms of agreements and close sales, ensuring mutual satisfaction between the client and the company.

5. Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and report on sales performance regularly.

6. Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Skills :

1.Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

2.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.

4. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.

5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
