Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated ABM to support our sales func on in Delhi. with a strong background in oncology or cri cal care and a passion for strategic customer engagement. We are seeking a mo vated and experienced Medical Sales Associate to join our team, specializing in both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience and preferably hold a D Pharm or B Pharm qualification.

Key Responsibilies :

  • Develop and maintain strong rela onships with key accounts, the medical fraternity, and opinion leaders.
  • Ensure high customer sa sfac on by offering comprehensive service and support.
  • Design and execute innova ve strategies tailored for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Provide customized solu ons based on market needs and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to long-term business planning and strategy for the region.
  • Drive state-level profitability in alignment with company goals.

Required Skills :

  • Background in oncology products or Critical Care / Antibiotics areas.
  • Strong communication skills and technical knowledge of pharmaceu cal products.
  • Task-oriented mindset with a proven track record in sales.
  • Budget upto 10 Lacs
