We’re looking for a Influencer Marketing Expert to join our Brand Solutions team. This position requires a great personality, strong organizational skills, and a relentless passion for all things Social Media.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Plan and deliver influencer campaigns, including paid amplification and measurement strategy across all leading platforms.
- Provide input and craft quality proposals, presentations, pitches, or reports. Build and execute business plans to grow the Creator community.
- Identify upcoming influencers and maintain excellent work. Relationships with bloggers and influencers to publish content and maximize campaign exposure.
- Assist in delivering proposals, activity plans, and projects according to the client’s requirements.
- Take ownership of the execution and management of daily activities. Manage post-campaign evaluation, highlighting strengths and identifying opportunities to improve future campaigns.
- Keep abreast of FTC guidelines, emerging partners, innovations, talent, platforms, and tools while maintaining program compliance and providing recommendations.
- Clearly understand ROI and measurement tools surrounding influencers (both to identify and evaluate).
- Proactively contribute to the development and updating of case studies and other credentials.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
1- 3 yrs experience managing influencer programming across multiple channels, within a media buying, advertising, communications, marketing, or Public relations environment.Deep understanding of paid social targeting, execution, and measurement.Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions from multiple data points and a passion for the influencer universe on all social channels.Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
