About the Role – Content Marketing Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Content Marketing Specialist to head our content initiatives and manage a growing team of content associates. This role requires a sharp understanding of B2B marketing dynamics, strong editorial instincts, and the ability to craft and drive a scalable content strategy aligned with demand generation goals.
You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end content lifecycle — from strategy to execution to performance optimization — while ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Content Strategy & Leadership - Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth and lead generation objectives.
- Team Management - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content associates and freelancers to ensure timely and high-quality output.
- Content Creation Oversight - Guide the creation of engaging, SEO-optimized B2B content — including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, landing pages, website copy, and email sequences.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management - Partner with internal teams — SEO, design, marketing, and product — to align content with GTM campaigns and client goals.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization - Track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, and conversion. Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve content strategy.
- Brand Voice & Editorial Quality - Maintain and refine Pixelo's and client-specific tone and messaging across all content assets. Ensure consistency and quality.
- Thought Leadership & Innovation - Spearhead the development of thought leadership content and identify new content formats and distribution channels to boost reach.
Preferred experience :
Experience in demand generation or performance marketing-led content strategyExposure to AI-assisted content tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, SurferSEO)Knowledge of B2B customer journeys and SaaS funnelsQualifications :
1–4 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS or digital marketing space.Proven experience managing content teams and leading content strategy.Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.Strong understanding of SEO analysis, keyword research, and content optimization tools.Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, WordPress, HubSpot, Notion, Grammarly, etc.Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver consistently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong analytical mindset with a data-first approach to content planning.Contact Information :
