Job Description : Senior Executive - Human ResourcesJob Summary

Crown Rubber Products is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive - Human Resources to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and overseeing administrative tasks to support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, compliance management, and administrative coordination, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Handle employee relations, including grievance resolution, conflict management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.

Compliance Management

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, including the Factories Act, 1948, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, and other relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports, such as PF, ESI, and other compliance-related filings, in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and internal policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in labor laws and ensure organizational compliance.
  • Liaise with government authorities and external agencies for compliance-related matters.
  • Administrative Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office maintenance, vendor management, and facility upkeep.
  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and services to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize company events, employee engagement activities, and welfare initiatives.
  • Maintain records for attendance, leave, and other administrative functions.
  • Strategic HR Initiatives

  • Assist in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational needs.
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and employee recognition programs.
  • Contribute to organizational development initiatives, including culture building and employee engagement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on HR-related matters.
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Education
  • : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.

  • Experience
  • : Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a compliance-focused role. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.

  • Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    Working Conditions

  • Full-time role with standard office hours; occasional extended hours may be required to meet deadlines or handle urgent matters.
  • Work environment includes both office and factory settings, requiring occasional visits to the production floor.
