We are seeking a specialized Senior Affiliate Manager to aggressively scale our clients' revenue streams within the highly competitive Nutrition Sector .

This role requires a deep understanding of performance metrics, strict regulatory compliance, and the ability to manage a high-volume network of health, wellness, and supplement affiliates.

The Role : Revenue & Compliance Leader

You will own the entire affiliate marketing channel for Throttll’s Nutra clients, acting as the primary strategist, recruiter, and compliance gatekeeper. Your core mission is to drive profitable customer acquisition while ensuring zero tolerance for FTC or FDA violations related to health claims and testimonials.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Growth & Optimization

• Performance Scaling : Develop, execute, and manage the full affiliate lifecycle, focusing on scaling profitable volume across CPA and RevShare models in the supplement, vitamin, and health niches.
• Funnel Optimization : Collaborate with the in-house design and content teams to produce high-converting, compliant pre-landers and creative assets tailored specifically for affiliate media buyers.
• Negotiation : Negotiate superior payout structures and placement terms with top-tier affiliates, ensuring high ROI and brand protection.
• Budget Management : Accurately forecast performance and manage affiliate budget spend to maximize efficiency and hit monthly revenue targets.
