About the Company : The AC Technology & Innovation Lead will be responsible for executing the BSv Delivery – ‘Technology & Innovation’ strategy for the AC in alignment with the overall Operations Strategy and the xAC ‘Technology & Innovation’ Framework.

About the Role : The primary focus of this role is to enable scalable AI solutions and lead digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will drive innovation by integrating AI capabilities, ensuring seamless alignment with our technology infrastructure, and modernizing business processes and systems.

Responsibilities :

Comprehending and adhering to the xAC Operations strategy.

Collaborating closely with the xAC lead and AC leadership to plan and successfully execute key projects delivering tangible value.

Partnering and providing support on xAC ‘Technology & Innovation’ documentation, toolkits, and governance frameworks.

Implementing scalable solutions that align with enterprise technology infrastructure.

Leading & supporting digital transformation initiatives to modernize processes and systems.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into existing infrastructure.

Driving innovation and optimization through AI and digital technologies.

Ensuring AI initiatives align with organizational goals and performance objectives.

Owning AI adoption and its impact on AC business operations.

Ensuring the continuous improvement and scalability of solutions.

Qualifications :

Any Graduation / Post Graduation

Required Skills :

AI and Machine Learning : Proficiency in designing and implementing AI models and algorithms.

Data Engineering : Strong understanding of data pipelines, data integration, and processing.

Digital Transformation : Experience leading or contributing to digital transformation initiatives.

Enterprise Architecture : Knowledge of integrating AI solutions with enterprise infrastructure and systems.

Agile Methodologies : Experience working in agile environments to drive technology projects.

Business Strategy Alignment : Ability to align AI initiatives with business goals and performance metrics.

Automation : Experience with AI-driven automation tools to optimize processes.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Strong teamwork and communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and expertise in process improvement.
