Salesforce Developer - Health Cloud

Job descriptionHands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Strong understanding of FHIR, HL7, and healthcare workflows . Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL / SOSL , and Salesforce data integration tools . Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certification preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop custom solutions within Salesforce Health Cloud .
- Build and integrate Apex classes, Lightning components, and APIs to meet healthcare client needs.
- Configure patient management, care plans, and provider networks using Health Cloud features.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to implement scalable and compliant solutions.
