We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leveraging advanced data analytics, predictive modeling, and real-world data to deliver high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments.

- Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products—from development to market launch and post-market monitoring—using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
- Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modeling to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Build and optimize automated data pipelines (e.g., in Dataiku) to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
- Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualizations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable, productized solutions that align with our platform vision.
- Collaborate with regional analytics teams, sharing best practices in predictive modeling, machine learning, and advanced SQL querying to ensure consistent quality and innovation.
- Mentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Essential Criteria
5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel VBA / Macros, Power Query).Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics).Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.Why Join Us?
