Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in voice technology , IVR , voice bot , or telephony systems .
- Proficient in Python , JavaScript , or relevant scripting languages.
- Hands-on experience with voice platforms such as Amazon Alexa, Google Dialogflow, Twilio, Genesys, Nuance, or Avaya.
- Strong understanding of SIP , VoIP , and related network protocols (if telecom focused).
- Familiarity with speech recognition APIs (Google Speech-to-Text, Amazon Transcribe, etc.).
- Experience with REST APIs , backend integration, and data handling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with NLP / NLU models (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow, Lex, etc.).Knowledge of machine learning concepts related to voice / speech processing.Understanding of security and compliance in voice applications.ITIL or Agile certification is a plus.Skills Required
