Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams or supervisors.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent written communication skills in English.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Familiarity with customer support software and tools.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using chat support platforms and basic computer skills.Package : upto 4.3 LPA
