Permanent Solution  is hiring for its client — a fast-growing real estate startup on a mission to redefine how Indians invest in international properties, starting with  Dubai and the UAE .

Our client bridges the gap between  India’s booming investor base  and  the Middle East’s hottest property market , enabling Indian HNIs and investors to discover, evaluate, and invest in lucrative real estate opportunities abroad.

If you live and breathe real estate, have closed luxury deals with Indian clients, and know how to build a business from the ground up —  this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Own the P&L : Drive the full business performance for the UAE market — revenue,

growth, and profitability are your playground.

  • Build the Playbook : Create and execute go-to-market strategies to attract Indian HNIs
  • looking to invest in Dubai’s premium properties.

  • Lead from the Front : Hire, mentor, and manage a rockstar team of sales and advisory
  • professionals.

  • Partner with the Best : Build deep relationships with top developers, channel partners,
  • and brokers across Dubai and the UAE.

  • Drive Sales Impact : Set aggressive targets and lead from the front to deliver high-value
  • transactions.

  • Own the Numbers : Track sales funnel metrics, optimize conversions, and ensure
  • operational efficiency across all client touchpoints.

  • Innovate & Grow : Work closely with leadership to launch new offerings, markets, and
  • revenue streams.

    What We’re Looking For

  • 8–15 years of experience in real estate sales, P&L ownership, or business
  • leadership.

  • Strong track record of selling Dubai / UAE properties to Indian HNIs or NRIs.
  • Sharp business acumen — you understand what drives growth and margins.
  • Exceptional leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in unstructured environments and love building
  • from scratch.

  • Deep understanding of UAE’s developer ecosystem and property investment trends.
  • Willingness to travel frequently between India and UAE.
  • Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with real estate startups
  • MBA or equivalent business / real estate degree.
