Job description

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Leader to spearhead end-to-end business development, land acquisitions, and strategic partnerships for upcoming real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities :

๐Ÿ”น Identify opportunities for land acquisitions, JV / JDA deals, mergers & structured transactions

๐Ÿ”น Conduct feasibility studies (financial analysis + site evaluation)

๐Ÿ”น Drive due diligence (legal, technical & financial) and proposal structuring

๐Ÿ”น Build high-level relationships with landowners, developers, IPCs & channel partners

๐Ÿ”น Monitor market trends, pricing, regulatory frameworks (DCR / DCPR)

๐Ÿ”น Strategize approval processes and ensure smooth execution based on market demand

Who Should Apply :

  • 20โ€“25 years of experience in Business Development at a Real Estate Developer firm
  • Strong expertise in feasibility studies, due diligence & deal structuring
  • Excellent negotiation, networking & stakeholder management
  • Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering;

PG preferred
