Job Title : Sr. Executive - HR / AM – HR Shift Timings : 6pm to 330am IST
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, induction and internal transfers
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance for timely processing.
- Manage HR documentation — offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and regularly update the employee database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Address employee grievances promptly and manage disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide actionable insights for retention.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handel F&F settlements.
- Support internal and external HR audits, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to policies.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Drive employee engagement initiatives such as Fun Fridays, Wellness Programs, and Recognition Activities.Conduct regular 1 : 1 sessions and skip-level meetings to strengthen employee connect.Assist in culture-building initiatives that enhance employee experience and workplace satisfaction.Analytics & Reporting
Maintain and publish the HR dashboard, tracking key metrics like headcount, attrition, and engagement.Prepare HR reports and audit data with accuracy and confidentiality.Automation & Process Enhancement
Identify and implement opportunities for HR process automation to improve efficiency.Support HR systems implementation and ensure data integrity across tools and platforms.Qualifications & Skills
Education : MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.Experience : 5–7 years in HR operations, engagement, and compliance (preferably in IT / Consulting).Knowledge of HR audits, payroll, and statutory compliance is essential.Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, HR dashboards, and HRIS / automation tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and confidentiality.
