We are currently seeking a CMDB DC Service Now to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end greenfield implementation of ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM modules.
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Design and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules including :
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Change Management
• Request Fulfillment
• Knowledge Management
• Architect and implement CMDB with proper CI class models, discovery, dependency mapping, and integrations.
• Utilize infrastructure knowledge to optimize Discovery configurations and troubleshooting connectivity issues
• Demonstrate expert-level understanding of infrastructure components and security measures, including servers, networks, storage, firewalls, virtualization technologies, and cloud environments
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure proper access and permissions for Discovery (firewall / permissions)
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on CMDB initiatives
• Understanding ServiceNow Discovery and credential management
• Understanding Service portfolio management and mapping on ServiceNow.
• Experience in setting up ITSM to ensure CMDB data supports efficient service delivery related to infrastructure
• Define and document CMDB data models, ownership, and governance processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with infrastructure monitoring, discovery tools, and third-party platforms (e.g., SCCM, SolarWinds, AWS, Azure).
• Establish and enforce best practices for ITIL-based processes and CMDB hygiene.
• Develop and execute test plans, user training, and change management strategies.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements to ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
