We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Developer / Lead with deep expertise in CMDB design, discovery, integrations, and governance . The ideal candidate will ensure CMDB data integrity and support core ITSM / ITOM processes across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage ServiceNow CMDB with Discovery & Service Mapping
- Maintain data accuracy, class design, and CI relationships
- Integrate CMDB with monitoring, asset, and external systems via APIs / MID Server
- Perform data audits, health checks, and reconciliation
- Define and enforce CMDB governance & data quality standards
- Collaborate with ITSM, ITOM, and Asset teams for process alignment
Skills & Experience
CSDM or CMDB specialist preferred
