Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and mentor project teams to enhance productivity, efficiency, and professional growth.Develop and enforce quality assurance frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics .Coordinate with stakeholders to forecast resource requirements and manage capacity planning effectively.Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess resource effectiveness and quality outcomes.Facilitate clear communication between project teams and senior management for updates and issue escalation.Lead training sessions and workshops to promote best practices in resource and quality management.Drive adoption of project management tools and methodologies aligned with organizational standards.Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and compliance across all project phases.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within project teams.Education : B. Tech or equivalent IT Degree.
