About the Role :
- Develop and execute area-wise sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences
- Ensure proper execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns in the designated area
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, delivery, and customer support
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline, and target achievements
- Provide feedback to management on product performance and market requirements
- Train, guide, and support sales representatives or field staff to ensure consistent performance (for managerial role)
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field1 to 6 years of experience in sales, distribution, or business developmentProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in assigned regions or territoriesExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned areaSkills Required
