Role Overview :

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who will drive end-to-end hiring for mid-senior and leadership roles across business and technology functions - in both India and the US markets.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role that combines strategic partnership with execution excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder management, market intelligence, and a consultative approach to talent acquisition while maintaining agility and ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior and leadership roles across business, product, and technology functions.
• Partner closely with business and HR leaders to understand workforce plans, define hiring priorities, and design proactive sourcing strategies.
• Manage US and India market hiring, leveraging local market intelligence, talent networks, and compensation benchmarks.
• Execute advanced sourcing through professional networks, referrals, competitor mapping, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate assessments and manage the interview lifecycle to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Present data-driven insights on talent availability, hiring trends, and pipeline health to business stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and leadership teams - offering perspectives on talent strategy and role calibration.
• Drive continuous improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives.
