L2 Support Engineer

We’re looking for a highly skilled L2 Support Engineer to join our growing team.

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad

Experience : 4–10 Years

Type : Contract Role only

• Notice Period : Immediate to 10 days joiners only

Technical Skills Required

Object-Oriented Programming : Java / C++ / Python

Unix / Linux : Strong command-line and scripting experience

SQL : Advanced querying, stored procedures, debugging (Experience with Cursors, Erase operations)

Databases : Hands-on with any major RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

4–10 years of experience in L2 / Production Support

Good understanding of Software Engineering fundamentals , SDLC , and ITSM processes

Hands-on experience in debugging , log analysis , and issue resolution

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
