Roles and Responsibility :

• Hiring and Training : Recruit, onboarding , and provide comprehensive training for support staff.
• Performance Management : Set performance goals, monitor individual and team performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Employee Development : Motivate and mentor team members to foster a high-performing and skilled support.
• Scheduling and Resources : Manage staff scheduling and resources and arive at Shift schedule.
• Oversee Daily Operations : Ensure the efficient and timely handling of customer inquiries and issues.
• Customer Satisfaction : Implement strategies to improve and ensure high-quality support services, enhancing the overall customer experience.
