About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter (Sourcing Specialist) who will primarily focus on sourcing top talent for our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, networking, and building talent pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, employee referrals, social media) to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and niche roles.
- Pre-screen candidates to ensure a good fit before sharing with recruiters.
- Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS / Excel tracker regularly.
- Stay updated with industry trends, talent market insights, and new sourcing techniques.
- Support in employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities.
Key Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques.Good understanding of IT / technical skills.Strong communication and networking skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize requirements.Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and ATS usage (added advantage).Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.1 – 3 years of experience in talent sourcing (technical hiring preferred).Freshers with strong sourcing knowledge and passion for recruitment may also apply.
