Job descriptionPerform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs of machinery. Identify operational issues, malfunctions, or defects and report or resolve them promptly. Collaborate with maintenance teams for major repairs and preventive maintenance. Follow all safety protocols, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and environmental guidelines. Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Participate in safety drills and training programs. Maintain accurate records of machine operation, production output, and maintenance activities. Report production issues, machine downtime, and quality concerns to supervisors. Support audits, inspections, and quality control activities. Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. Assist in training junior operators or new team members as required. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and production quality. High school diploma or technical diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing field. 1–5 years of experience operating turbine or similar heavy machinery. Knowledge of mechanical operations, machinery safety, and production standards. Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills. Ability to work in shifts and follow strict safety protocols.

- Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed to ensure optimal performance.
- Start, stop, and adjust machinery during production runs.
