CNC Machine Operator

Responsibilities :

• Installation :  Install wiring, control, and lighting systems.
• Maintenance :  Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Troubleshooting and Repair :  Inspect electrical components like transformers and circuit breakers, diagnose problems using testing devices, and repair or replace faulty parts.
• Reading Blueprints :  Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accuracy during installation and repair.
• Testing :  Test newly installed equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly and safely.
• Safety Compliance :  Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, as the job can involve electrical shocks, burns, and other hazards.
• Documentation :  Log all services performed and report progress to supervisors or clients.

Skills :

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and codes.
