Plasma Operator

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate CNC plasma cutting machines to cut sheet metal and steel plates.
• Set up and adjust machine parameters such as speed, gas pressure, and cutting path.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality using measuring tools.
• Ensure all safety protocols and company procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
• Document work performed and keep accurate production records, keep plate stock and offcut stock on daily basis.
• Ability to lift plate materials by crane.
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Familiarity with safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
