About the Role :
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
- Work closely with the leadership team to define sales strategies, target sectors, and go-to-market plans.
- Create and deliver compelling client presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to specific business needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with branding and solution capabilities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and performance reports.
- Represent Capace Software at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).3-7 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably within the IT services, digital transformation, or software engineering domain.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.(ref : iimjobs.com)
