Compensation : INR 10-14L base + commission (OTE : INR 16-22L)

THE ROLE
Sole person responsible for converting marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified meetings with senior decision-makers. Report directly to Marketing Manager.
Book meetings with L&D Directors, Chief Learning Officers, and OD leaders at UK enterprises and educational institutions. Work with MLQs from www.growthengineering.co.uk and www.iridescenttechnology.ai plus LinkedIn campaigns.
This requires deep learning technology understanding and ability to engage senior leadership with credibility. We need proven, stable track record from UK / USA-based EdTech companies.

Proven professional with 10+ years solid, stable track record from reputable UK / USA-based EdTech companies. Knows UK market intimately. Excellent English communicator with native-level fluency – perfect grammar and culturally appropriate business communication.
Thrives working independently as sole lead conversion specialist. Understands why senior leaders take meetings. Can articulate how organisations struggle with engagement (gamification solution) and personalisation (AI solution).
Comfortable discussing gamification science and AI capabilities without hype. Respectful, professional, persistent. Builds lasting relationships through genuine interest in client success. Takes ownership of entire MLQ-to-meeting pipeline with strong initiative.
