Job Type : Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the US, UK, and Canadian markets.
The ideal candidate will have 812 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on lead generation, product demos, closing deals, and negotiating contracts.
You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint across international markets and contributing directly to revenue Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the US, UK, and Canada through targeted outbound efforts, inbound follow-up, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct high-impact product / service demos to prospects, effectively communicating value propositions and tailoring presentations to client needs.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless handoff to customer success or account management teams.
- Lead contract negotiations and final closures.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho , Zendesk, Apollo, Zoominfo etc ).
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-gen strategies and ensure alignment with sales goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Report on sales metrics, forecasts, and progress to senior leadership on a regular Skills & Qualifications :
- 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, primarily in the US, UK, or Canada regions.
- Strong track record of lead generation, demo delivery, deal closures, and negotiation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Deep understanding of international sales processes, cultural nuances, and customer behavior in North American and UK markets.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership, drive, and resilience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not Qualifications :
- Prior experience in the SaaS, IT Services, or Technology Solutions sectors.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
